Do you deliver?

Yes! We deliver within a 5-mile radius of Hellmuth Family Gardens. To request delivery, please be sure to select the option for DELIVERY when placing your order.

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes! Beginning in spring 2023, we now offer seasonal subscriptions. For details, visit the shop. For information about future subscription options, join our e-mail list in the footer.

Where do you grow? Do you have a farm?

We are micro-growers, operating from our home in Webster Groves, Missouri. We grow only in our home gardens and do not have a farm.

I selected porch pickup. Where do I go?

Porch pickup bouquets will be ready at our home in Webster Groves. Pickup days and times vary. Each week’s pickup options are included on the product when you purchase. The address is in the checkout process and in your confirmation email. If you have lost your confirmation email, please contact us at flowers@hellmuthfamilygardens.com.

What if I am unavailable during the designated pickup times? Can I reschedule?

We understand life gets busy — ours does, too. Because we are a small, family-run business, we are unable to offer custom pickup times. If you are unable to pick up your bouquet during the designated time, we recommend sending someone on your behalf.

Can I have a bouquet or other item shipped?

No, we do not offer shipping. Our products are available locally only.

How do I take care of my flowers at home?

For longest vase life, start with a clean vase — one so clean that you would drink out of it. Add clean water and the provided flower food. Before putting your flowers in the vase, give the stems a fresh cut on a 45 degree angle. This will help them drink up more of that food and water. Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and, if you can, change their water every 2-3 days.

Can I choose the flowers or colors for my bouquet?

All bouquets are grower’s choice (or, if we’re being totally candid, Mother Nature’s choice). This means that we make the bouquets based on what is ready to harvest each week in the garden.

Do you do events?

We are micro flower growers and do not have the capacity to handle special events at this time.
